OUR FOUNDER
How It All Started
Anastasia Young founded Workspire in April 2025 after nearly a decade working for top recruiting firms and leading successful staffing operations. Her passion for people and deep expertise in connecting talent to meaningful opportunities have fueled over $5M in lifetime billings, with hiring partnerships ranging from VC-backed startups to Fortune 500 organizations.
Anastasia has a particular knack for helping mid-market companies build high-impact teams during key growth phases in the AEC, Environmental, and Data Center sectors. She’s known for her practical, people-first approach and commitment to long-term success on both sides of the hiring table.
Her entrepreneurial roots run deep as Anastasia comes from a line of builders. Her grandfathers each ran businesses in construction and claims services, supporting large families through sheer grit and dedication. Her father continued the legacy, and that same spirit is the foundation of Workspire today: a bootstrapped, 100% founder-owned recruiting firm focused on quality, trust, and long-term growth.
Anastasia is a proud Colorado native and CU Boulder alum with a deep passion for mentorship and giving back through food and animal-focused volunteer work. She’s happiest in the mountains - skiing in the winter, fly fishing in the summer, and enjoying the outdoors year-round with her fiancé, two amazing soon-to-be step kids, and their yellow lab.
